Course policies

Employer discount verification

If you use an employer-provided discount code, bring documentation confirming eligibility to class. An employee ID badge, offer letter, or similar documentation may be accepted depending on the program. You must present required proof to receive the discounted rate.

Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling

At least 24 hours before the scheduled start: Cancel for a full refund of the course fee paid.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start: Cancel before class begins for a 50% refund of the course fee paid.
No-shows: No refund is available. You may reschedule for a later available class for an additional $10 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation deadlines use the class location’s local time. Sulphur Springs classes use Central Time.

To cancel or request rescheduling, submit the contact form with your name and scheduled class date. The time your cancellation submission is received determines the applicable refund.

This policy applies to course fees paid to Pump the Heart. Student manuals purchased separately from AHA are subject to AHA’s return policy.
