If you submit our contact form or contact us by phone, we use the information you provide to answer your question and coordinate training. Please do not send medical details or sensitive employment records.
This website
The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, optional organization, optional class date, and message. Submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms so we can respond and manage requests. Online enrollment is available for scheduled classes. This site does not use advertising trackers or store form entries in your browser. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Registration and payment records
Registration details and refund-policy acceptance are submitted through Netlify Forms. Our booking database stores contact details, selected class, seat reservations, and payment status. Stripe processes payment information; card numbers are not stored by Pump the Heart. We use these records to manage training and respond to cancellation or rescheduling requests.
